In this Virtual Reality experience, you calmly walk through a zen garden designed to promote relaxation, centering, and stress reduction, until you reach a protected space of inner peace.

The Beach at Sunset

In this Virtual Reality experience, you walk along a light sandy beach, gradually moving through the phases of the day until night, in a setting designed to promote mental relaxation, emotional balance, and psychophysical recovery.

The Waterfall in the Prairie

In this Virtual Reality experience, you walk along a mountain path, accompanied by a stream and crossing wide green meadows, to promote mental regeneration, focus, and a sense of balance.

The goal of this immersive experience is conflict management and, in general, the ability to coexist in a productive environment with colleagues.

The Hero and the Dragon

In this immersive experience, participants work on conflict management and, in general, on the ability to coexist in a productive environment with colleagues.



Soft skills considered: effective communication, assertiveness, negotiation skills, adoption of win-win logic, anger management, diversity management skills.

The Mountain and the Backpack

The main objective of this immersive experience is to assess the critical issues, and therefore the loads and weights that often, even unjustifiably, slow down work, making it more laborious than it should be.

 


Considered Soft Skills: time management, problem-solving skills, decision-making abilities, organization/prioritization, taking calculated risks, resilience, endurance.

The Black Hole and the Ampoule

In this immersive experience, the focus is on developing the right balance in the workplace, and therefore we will address all those situations that seem to engulf us and from which we think we cannot free ourselves.



Soft skills considered: ability to identify overwhelming situations, build effective relationships, manage consuming anxieties, prevention of burnout and workaholism.

The Ice Cave and the Heart

The theme addressed in this immersive experience is the importance of building effective relationships with the people who work with or for us, or who spend most of their day with us in the same spaces.


Soft skills considered: empathy, emotional intelligence, active listening, proactive communication, honesty/integrity, willingness to negotiate, awareness of the importance of a good corporate climate.

The River and the Leaf

This immersive experience initiates a reflection on our ability to recognize our mistakes, learn from them, and react in order to move forward.

The House in the Fog

The focus of this immersive experience is the theme of "Diversity & Inclusion" and, in general, the relationships with the "other" from us.

Why Virtual Reality


Virtual Reality can reproduce artificial scenarios with great realism, providing the sensation of being in another world through the simultaneous engagement of multiple sensory channels, generating a multisensory experience. This effect creates a sort of "hacking" of the brain that, deceived by very realistic perceptual stimuli, activates the cortical areas as it does in the physical world. Literature shows that a multisensory approach – which stimulates not only the language centers, as in traditional training, but also the visual, kinesthetic, auditory, and vestibular ones – promotes greater integration of concepts and deeper processing.

The experiences of Augmented Corporate are currently available in immersive Virtual Reality for Meta Quest Virtual Reality headsets.



These experiences last about 10 minutes and are currently available in Italian (it is possible to arrange for any additional language by requesting a specific quote).
